The meeting between Federal Government of Somalia (FGS) and Federal Member States (FMS) on electoral crisis kicked off in Mogadishu on April 3.
President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo had invited all the five regional state leaders to the capital city for talks on elections.
Unlike in March when only three regional state leaders turned up, all five FMS leaders are in Mogadishu this time.
Jubbaland’s President Ahmed Islam Madobe and Puntland’s President Said Abdullahi Deni are all at the talks.
They join Farmaajo and Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble who represent FGS.
Others include HirShabelle’s President Ali Guudlaawe, Galmudug’s President Ahmed Abdi Karie Qoorqoor, and Southwest’s President Abdiaziz Mohammed Laftagareen.
