Federal ministers traveled to Baidoa for a meeting with the President of the regional state of Southwest.
President Abdiaziz Hassan Mohamed Laftagareen of Southwest state welcomed Ahmed Madobe Nuunow and Hassan Hussein Mohamed Eeley to his office.
Nuunow is the Minister of Agriculture while Eeley serves the government as the Minister of Livestock.
Both ministers are from Southwest state.
They briefed the Southwest President on the plans by the federal government to implement wide-ranging projects in the region.
