A federal Member of Parliament (MP) has traveled to Hiiraan to help the Somali National Army (SNA) and local community to liberate some villages from Al-Shabaab control.
The MP, Mohamed Abukar Ja’far, arrived in Mahas district, Hiiraan on Saturday, October 22.
He will team up with SNA soldiers and members of the local community to launch an operation against the terrorists in the region.
Specifically, Ja’far hopes to help the forces and locals to liberate Wabho and Elbur.
