The government of Finland has promised to increase its support to a youth center in Somaliland that trains 250 girls.
Representatives of the Finnish government made this promise on October 28 when they visited Sohasco Youth Center.
Sohasco Youth Center is currently training 250 girls in tailoring and cooking.
Through its training programs, many young Somaliland girls are getting educated on makeup and beauty too.
The Finnish representatives expressed their pleasure at visiting Sohasco Youth Center.
They promised to continue supporting the facility as part of their contributions towards empowering Somaliland youth.
The representatives stated that they are committed to helping youth to acquire “valuable skills for the future.”
