Ahmed Fiqi, Somalia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, was in Nairobi for the Africa Fertilizer and Soil Health Summit for Heads of State and Government.
Fiqi led the Somali delegation at the event that brought together government officials, private sector leaders, and policy makers from all over the continent.
He joined his colleagues and various other stakeholders from the continent and beyond in Thursday’s session.
Participants at the summit discussed ways of fostering collaboration and innovation to address the agricultural challenges Africa faces.
