Ahmed Fiqi sent a congratulatory message to Egypt’s new Minister of Foreign Affairs.
Fiqi, as Somalia’s foreign affairs minister, expressed his delight at the opportunity granted to Ambassador Badr Abdelatty to serve Egypt in a similar docket.
Amb. Abdelatty was announced the new foreign affairs minister on Thursday.
Fiqi wished him success in his new role and responsibilities.
He further added that Amb. Abdelatty’s appointment will help to strengthen the historic and brotherly relations between their respective nations.
