The inferno that broke out at a Mogadishu hospital on Saturday claimed the life of one person.
Officials at De Martini Hospital in the nation’s capital confirmed that one person died as the inferno threatened to destroy the facility.
Three other people were injured.
The hospital management is counting its losses after the fire destroyed some of the equipment at the facility.
A director of the hospital added that normal operations would resume shortly.
