Fisheries Ministry Promises Jobs for Survivors of Terror Attack in Mogadishu’s K-5 Junction

The Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources has promised to create jobs for survivors of Saturday’s deadly terror attack at the K-5 Junction in Mogadishu.

More than 100 people lost their lives in the deadly attack.

Authorities also mentioned that over 300 people were injured in the attack.

Officers from the fisheries ministry joined their colleagues from other federal ministries in the ongoing relief campaign in the nation’s capital.

They handed over essential items to staff from the Somali Disaster Management Agency (SODMA) too.

During the handover, the fisheries officials also vowed to create jobs and investments for vulnerable survivors.

The federal government has already donated $1 million to support survivors.
