Floods continue to devastate the residents of Bardhere town as heavy rains persist.
The rains that fell on Thursday led to floods that submerged much of the town.
Houses were wrecked and farmlands destroyed as the floods continued unabetted.
According to authorities, the banks of the nearby river in Gedo burst thus causing the floods.
It is not clear whether anyone was killed in the floods.
