Professor Abdiwali M. Ali Gaas, a former President of Puntland, was in Galkacyo today for a meeting with President Ahmed Abdi Karie Qoorqoor of Somalia’s Galmudug State.
The meeting took place at President Qoorqoor’s palace in Galkacyo.
Qoorqoor said, “It gave me great pleasure to welcome Prof. Abdiwali Ali Gaas to my palace in Galkacyo today.”
During the meeting, the two leaders talked about different issues affecting the nation. Their discussion also touched on regional affairs.
