Four people lost their lives in a fight involving two rival clan militias near Las Anod town.
Each side lost two fighters in the clash that occurred on Wednesday in Gambara. The scene of the clashes is roughly 18kms to the east of Las Anod.
According to sources, fighting started when the militias each claimed a military vehicle.
The vehicle was fitted with Zuug/Zu-23-ZPU, which is one of the most common heavy cavalry in the East African nation.
