Authorities in Somaliland have arrested four Yemenis for repackaging and reselling expired drugs.
The four Yemeni men were arrested in a crackdown carried out on Monday this week.
They were arrested when police undertook a crackdown in Hargeisa. Police officers found evidence of falsified expiration dates on the drugs.
According to authorities, the Yemenis had invested over $9,000 in their counterfeit operations.
Police caught them with five cartons of the drugs allegedly imported from China.
