Heavy rainfall is expected in southwestern Somalia in the next few days.
The Intergovernmental Authority on Development Climate Prediction and Applications Center (ICPAC) issued the warning on this on Tuesday.
ICPAC announced this in its latest weather update for the region for the November 1-21 window.
According to ICPAC, heavy rainfalls of up to 200mm are expected in Somalia, northeastern Kenya, and northwestern Tanzania.
Central and northwestern Uganda will experience similar conditions.
