A high-level Ethiopian delegation, led by Field Marshal Birhanu Jula and intelligence chief Redwan Hussien, visited Somalia on Saturday, 22 February 2025, for a one-day working trip.
The discussions in Mogadishu with Somali counterparts focused on key issues, including finalizing a roadmap for troop arrangements under the African Union Support and Stabilization Mission in Somalia (AUSSOM), as confirmed by two senior officials to local media.
This visit underscores the ongoing collaboration between Ethiopia and Somalia in addressing regional security challenges and stabilizing the region.
