President Ali Gudlawe Hussein of the regional state of HirShabelle has been accused of favoritism.
This follows a recent meeting between different clans in Abgaal.
Members of the clans blame the President for making them feel marginalized and underrepresented.
Furthermore, they added that President Gudlawe only favors his sub-clan.
Consequently, they stated that Gudlawe’s actions led to an unequal allocation of elective seats.
