An improvised explosive device (IED) went off in Mogadishu leaving at least two civilians dead.
The explosion took place on the morning of Tuesday, August 2 near Tarbuun junction in the nation’s capital.
According to eyewitnesses, the explosion targeted military vehicles.
The eyewitnesses said that the explosion took place in Hodan District right at the intersection between Tarbuun and the Egyptian Hospital.
No person or group has claimed responsibility for the attack yet.
