IOM Reaffirms Unwavering Support to Somalia’s Immigration and Citizenship Services

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) has reaffirmed its unwavering support for the immigration and citizenship services offered in Somalia.

IOM made this assurance during a meeting between its top representatives and the Director General of the Immigration and Citisenship Agency (ICA), Mustafa Duhulow.

The ICA Director General held talks with Manuel Pereira and Ptestage Murima, who serve as IOM Country Representative and Deputy Country Representative for Somalia respectively.

This meeting underscores Somalia’s commitment to strengthening migration management and citizenship services in collaboration with IOM.

It’s also worth mentioning that enhanced cooperation could lead to improved border security, streamlined immigration processes, and better support for migrants and returnees.
