President Ahmed Islam Madobe of the regional state of Jubbaland has promised Al-Shabaab terrorists a fresh onslaught.
The Jubbaland leader said this on Tuesday in Kismayo when he presided over a military parade.
He was in the company of Brig. Gen. Odawa Yusuf Rageh, the Somali National Army (SNA) commander.
Abdulkadir Mohamed Nur, the federal Minister of Defense, was also at the function.
President Madobe commended everyone who has joined the ongoing operations against Al-Shabaab militants in the region.
