President Uhuru Kenyatta of Kenya has arrived in Mogadishu for the inauguration of Somalia’s President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
Kenyatta landed in the Somali capital on Thursday, June 9.
He joins other regional leaders and international dignitaries in Mogadishu for the inauguration of Somalia’s 10th President.
Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble led other senior Somali government officers to welcome the Kenyan leader.
They accorded President Kenyatta a warm welcome at the Aden Adde International Airport.
