A director with the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs was shot and killed on January 26 in Mogadishu.
Sources revealed that Safiya Abukar, the labor ministry’s Director of Administration, lost her life in the Wednesday incident.
Police officers believe that she died from an act of terror.
Consequently, the Somali Police Force (SPF) officers have launched investigations to nab those behind her death.
