Lower House Holds Crucial Session to Discuss NISA and Electricity Bills

The House of the People (Lower House) held a crucial session on Saturday to discuss two pending bills.

Legislators met at the parliamentary buildings to discuss the bills under the leadership of the Second Deputy Speaker of the Lower House Abdalla Omar Abshir.

Sources added that 145 legislators attended the pivotal session.

They discussed the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) bill and the Electricity bill. Both bills are due for the second reading.
