The Mogadishu Beach Cleaning Campaign celebrates its 1-year anniversary.
Over the last year, youths from different parts of Mogadishu have met severally to clean the local beach.
They celebrated the first anniversary of the cleaning campaign on Friday, October 21.
Youths who launched the exercise did so to promote environmental awareness and encourage the residents of Mogadishu to keep the beach clean and attractive to locals and tourists alike.
