Mogadishu University has announced plans to offer scholarships to bright and needy Somali students.
A press release from the university indicates that it intends to offer full and partial scholarships to bright students from Somalia.
However, the scholarships would only be for bright and needy Somali students who are unable to afford tuition fees.
The university, which has been in operation since 1997 when it was founded, announced the scholarships on Monday, August 29.
