The mother of a deceased National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) officer has accused Somali leaders of failing to honor their promises.
Qali Guhad, the mother of slain Ikran Tahlil, said that leaders had made false promises.
Tahlil was abducted and murdered two years ago.
As of today, her mysterious abduction and subsequent murder are yet to be resolved.
She expressed her disappointment while speaking to the press on Sunday. Guhad accused the government of failing to give her departed daughter the justice she deserves.
