The National Consultative Council kicked off at Villa Somalia on Tuesday.
President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud chaired the first day of the conference on May 14th.
Leaders of all the regional states arrived in Mogadishu on Monday.
Their planes landed at Aden Adde International Airport earlier in the day.
