NCA Resolves FaceTime and iMessage Issue for Somali Users

The National Communication Authority (NCA) has resolved the FaceTime and iMessage issue that affected most users in Somalia.

NCA resolved the issue on January 1, 2022.

With the problem now resolved, NCA is working closely with Apple Inc and all telecom operators in Somalia.

Consequently, all numbers registered in the East African nation are now eligible to use their devices confidently.

Moreover, Somali consumers are now able to activate their own numbers to activate these services.
