The new Director General of Somalia’s Immigration and Citizenship Agency (ICA), Mustafa Duhulow, has pledged to strengthen the agency’s mission and introduce meaningful reforms during his tenure.
Duhulow said this while officially taking up responsibilities in his new office on Wednesday.
He expressed gratitude to the Council of Cabinet for approving his appointment as the new DG of ICA.
His commitment reflects a focus on improving efficiency and enhancing the agency’s role in managing immigration and citizenship matters in Somalia.
