The new Somali National Army (SNA) chief has assumed his duties and responsibilities officially.
Brig. Gen. Ibrahim Sheikh Muhidin assumed office on Saturday, June 24.
He has taken over from Brig. Gen. Odawa Yusuf Rageh who was sacked suddenly.
The handing-over ceremony was at the headquarters of the Ministry of Defense.
