Director-General Mahad Salad expressed gratitude to President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud for signing the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) Act into law.
DG Salad is the head of NISA.
He thanked the Somali President for assenting to the NISA bill that the two houses of parliament recently approved overwhelmingly.
