Several areas in northern Somalia experienced tremors on Tuesday.
The tremors were the aftereffects of a magnitude 5.6 earthquake that hit the Gulf of Aden on December 5 at exactly 10.31 am.
The region experiencing the earthquake is roughly 149 kilometers from Las Khorey, which is in the north-northwest of Somalia.
The subsequent tremors were not only in northern Somalia but also in southern Yemen.
Fortunately, there have been no reports of casualties, injuries, or damages arising out of either the earthquake or the subsequent tremors.
