The United States Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says that armed conflicts caused displacement of dozens of families in Galmudug.
According to a statement dated October 14 from OCHA, the displacement has been quite intense since the beginning of October.
Specifically, the global organization mentioned Guri-El District, as the area worst affected by the conflicts and human displacement.
Consequently, OCHA cited a few challenges that the displaced families need.
These include livelihood and protection challenges.
OCHA urged parties to the conflict to ensure that all civilians receive protection to avoid loss of life.
