A police officer who threatened to shoot a street vendor in Mogadishu has been arrested.
Somali Police Force (SPF) officers confirmed arresting the man who pointed a gun at a vendor in a shocking scene caught on camera.
Apparently, the vendor refused to sell a cigarette to the officer.
This refusal agitated the officer to the point of aiming his rifle at the vendor and threatening to shoot him.
Reports indicate that the vendor did not suffer any harm and is safe.
