One person was killed when African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM) bombed residential properties in Lower Shabelle.
AMISOM forces were conducting an operation in the area on January 31.
According to residents and eyewitnesses, two other people were injured when the AMISOM troops attacked Lower Shabelle’s Qoryoley town.
AMISOM officers are yet to comment on the report.
Last year, AMISOM forces killed seven individuals in the East African nation.
The incident caused the arrest, prosecution, and sentencing of the soldiers, who were part of AMISOM’s Ugandan contingent.
