Larry Andre, the outgoing United States Ambassador to Somalia, wrote a farewell letter to all Somalis.
Amb. Andre wrote the letter through the US Embassy in Mogadishu on May 30.
He praised the commitment of Somalis to revive their country.
Andre reminded Somalis that the US is ready to stand with it on security-related activities in the country.
He expressed hope in the enduring relations between Somalia and the US too.
Amb. Andre concluded his letter by expressing hope that Somalia would have a great future.
The Ambassador looks forward to enjoying the friendships he made in Somalia for the rest of his life.
He was US Ambassador to Somalia for the last two years.
