More than 60,000 refugees from Somalia have arrived at the Dadaab camp in northern Kenya.
Relief groups have spoken out on the growing numbers saying that the increase has left the camp completely strained.
The International Refugee Committee said that the new arrivals have been recorded in the last two months.
Most of the new refugees at the Dadaab camp are escaping drought and conflict in Somalia.
Reports indicate that Somalia has been experiencing one of its worst droughts of the last four decades.
The drought has caused an almost unprecedented humanitarian situation.
The International Refugee Committee added that Dadaab camp is likely to receive another batch of 120,000 refugees from Somalia in early 2023.
