Power OffGrid has installed a free solar hybrid system at a hospital in the regional state of HirShabelle.
The firm installed the hybrid system at Jawiil Community Hospital on Tuesday, July 19.
Consequently, the hybrid system would enable the community hospital to power its fridges thus making the storage of vaccinations possible.
Further, the new system would provide the medical facility with reliable electricity thus enabling it to operate 24/7.
