Somaliland’s President Muse Bihi Abdi has received a warm welcome from local officials and residents as he traveled to Erigavo.
President Bihi is in Erigavo to inspect projects that his administration has launched in the town and the environs.
Some of these projects include Mayd Jetty and the Burao-Erigavo Road.
Kulmiye administration has been responsible for several infrastructural projects in Erigavo.
Many senior government officials joined President Bihi’s delegation as he traveled to Erigavo on Saturday, June 18.
Some of these included Suleiman Mohamoud Adan and Abdirizak Khalif Ahmed.
Adan is the Speaker of the House of Elders while Ahmed is the Speaker of the House of the Representatives.
Top leaders from Sanaag were at the airport to welcome President Bihi and his delegation.
One of Bihi’s first tasks was to inaugurate the new Presidential Palace at Erigavo.
