President Muse Bihi Abdi opened a branch of the Somaliland Central Bank in Oodweyne on Wednesday, October 21.
Bihi opened the branch on the fourth day of his fact-finding trip in the region.
Somaliland Central Bank is now set to offer its services to the residents of Oodweyne after President Bihi presided over the opening ceremony of the branch in Daadmadheedha.
Hundreds of local residents, including senior government officials, witnessed President Bihi cutting the ribbon that declares the Central Bank branch officially open.
