The Somaliland Council of Ministers, in its 17th session this Wednesday, addressed the alarming rise in road accidents, which have become the leading cause of death in the country.
During the meeting, officials held extensive discussions on strategies to reduce traffic-related fatalities, ultimately resolving to treat the issue as a top government priority.
The session was chaired by Somaliland’s President, His Excellency Abdirahman Mohamed Abdillahi Irro, underscoring the administration’s commitment to tackling the crisis.
