President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud addressed the ongoing Fifth Judicial Conference.
The President’s speech touched on a variety of issues. Specifically, he emphasized the importance of the reforms taking place within the judiciary.
President Mohamud added that the reforms are designed to improve the justice system in Somalia.
He also reminded participants at the Judicial Conference of the drastic measures that the government has taken to integrate and federalize judicial systems in the nation.
Chief Justice Bashe Y. Ahmed also addressed participants on Thursday.
