President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud held talks with his immediate predecessor in Doha on Tuesday.
The meeting between President Mohamud and ex-President Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo was quite significant.
It represented the first public meeting between them since Somalia held presidential elections in May 2022.
President Mohamud is in Doha to attend the 5th United Nations Conference on the Least Developed Countries (LCD5).
Mohamud updated his immediate predecessor on the measures that he has taken to liberate the country fully from Al-Shabaab terrorists.
