President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has traveled to New York to chair a conference on security in Somalia.
The President arrived in New York on Monday night.
He will address the conference at the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA) on security issues affecting Somalia.
The conference, which is scheduled for Tuesday, has attracted representatives from 26 countries around the world.
Delegatee from the Arab League, African Union, and European Union are all expected at the conference.
