President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has reinstated all the military ranks and rights of a former commander of the National Intelligence and Security Agency (NISA) in Benadir Region.
The President announced the reinstatement of Lt. Col. Ibrahim Macalin’s ranks and rights within the military on February 3.
This latest development is likely to have massive significance within the military circles as well as politically and in Lt. Col. Macalin’s life and career.
