President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud is scheduled to chair National Consultative Council (NCC) in Mogadishu.
The NCC will take off in the nation’s capital on Wednesday, July 12.
Several serving and past politicians from different parts of the country have already arrived in Mogadishu to attend the conference.
Opposition politicians, regional leaders, and federal government officials led by President Mohamud and Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre will be at the conference too.
