Prime Minister Hamza Abdi Barre is in Nairobi to attend Somalia-Kenya cooperation talks.
The Prime Minister attended the talks that kicked off on Friday in the Kenyan capital.
He was with Kenya’s Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua.
They launched the 3rd Joint Commission for Cooperation talks.
