The Puntland Security Forces (PSF) apprehended two foreign ISIS militants from Tanzania.
PSF personnel arrested the militants on Friday.
The two were among militants who escaped the recent airstrike by United States military in northeastern Somalia.
US Africa Command (AFRICOM) undertook the airstrike jointly with Somali forces last week.
Three ISIS fighters were killed in the airstrike.
Those who narrowly escaped death in last week’s airstrike in a remote village in Puntland included the two Tanzanians arrested yesterday.
