The regional state of Puntland has launched the first phase of road rehabilitation between Burtinle and Harfo.
Top officials from the Puntland administration launched the rehabilitation on February 4.
The rehabilitated road covers a distance of 40kms.
Authorities stated that improved road infrastructure is critical for enhancing the livelihood of people in the region.
