The Qatari government is prepared to support Somalis living with disabilities.
This emerged on June 23 following a meeting between the Qatari Ambassador to Somalia and the Chairman of the Somali National Disability Agency (NDA).
Ambassador Hassan Hamza Hashem met with Mohamed Jama and other NDA officials on Wednesday.
They discussed several issues pertaining to the rights of persons with disabilities in Somalia.
Mostly, their discussions revolved around the actions and measures needed to improve the lives of persons with disabilities.
Ambassador Hashem assured the NDA delegation of the support of the Qatari government.
