Residents of the Somali State in Ethiopia held demonstrations against the Tigray’s People Liberation Front (TPLF).
During the demos, which took place on November 6, the residents expressed their support for Ethiopia.
Addis Ababa is engaged in a deadly war with TPLF.
The war threatens to plunge the entire country into a hitherto unimaginable humanitarian crisis.
On Saturday, residents of Godey town took to the streets to denounce TPLF fighters.
They held the protests a few days after Abiy Ahmed, the Ethiopian Prime Minister, called upon citizens around the country to take up arms against TPLF.
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s administration has labeled TPLF a “terrorist organization.”
