Prime Minister Mohamed Hussein Roble attended a highly emotional meeting between various Somaliland leaders in Mogadishu.
Speaker Abdi Hashi of the Upper House and Deputy Prime Minister Mahdi Gulaid have been at loggerheads for months.
Their differences mostly revolve around composition of the electoral body in charge of Somaliland elections.
The meeting, which took place on September 7, was predominantly a forgiveness ceremony.
Several senior leaders from the northern regions of Somalia were at the ceremony.
At the end of the ceremony, all the leaders present agreed to bury their differences and move forward with electoral plans.
